Supply and installation of a fourth landfill gas flare and blower system, a new electrical building and a back-up generator, at the Green Lane Landfill Site. The fourth flare and other infrastructure will be added to three existing flares and associated works as shown and described in the Specifications and Drawings. A. General Contractor Must have completed (including testing and commissioning) and must have achieved Substantial Performance within the meaning of the Construction Act as a General Contractor of at least two (2) projects within the past 10 years in North America that included the following: 1. A minimum of one (1) enclosed flare installation with capacity of at least 1,000 cubic feet per minute. 2. A minimum of one (1) prefabricated building installation of similar scale to the building in this Project. 3. The installation and integration of an Uninterruptible Power Supply of similar scale to this Project and of similar integration and programming complexity to this Project. 4. The installation and integration of a minimum of one (1) emergency power diesel generator of similar scale to the generator in this Project and of similar integration complexity to this Project. 5. Excavation shoring, including the design and preparation of a Shoring Plan of similar size and complexity to this Project. Delivery Schedule for Goods or Services OR Contract Duration: 12 months.
