Scope of Work The Seneca R7 School District is seeking bids for the installation of a 155'x35" x 4" concrete pad with a 4" base and a connected 26'x7' and an 8'x7' landing pads for bleachers. The successful bidder will be expected to complete the following: 1. Provide 4" thick concrete pad over 4" of compacted base rock over compacted sub grade. Reinforce concrete pad with 6x6 W1.4 x W1.4 welded wire fabric. Provide tooled control joints at 6' o.c. at 25% slab thickness and isolation joints at 24' o.c. 2. Sub Grade scarification and compaction will be required for a level pad. Bidder is required to visit project site prior to bid to understand the site grading requirements. Prevailing wage will apply on this job. If contract exceeds $75,000. The Seneca R7 School Board will award a bid at the September 20th meeting. A notice to proceed will be given the following day. All work should be completed by December 2nd 2022. A $200/day credit will be withheld for late days (work days; M-F). Weather days will be added to workdays.
