All wiring, mounts and installation material will need to be provided by the contractor. The owner shall require the successful bidder to furnish a Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Payment Bond prior to the execution of the contract. The bonds shall be written in the amount of 100% of the total contract price. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or any part thereof.
