The tracks at McCluer, McCluer North and McCluer South High Schools require the wear surface coat to be resprayed and striping that meets NFHS standards. Each track will need to have the imperfections of the surface repaired prior to respraying. These repairs must to be completed prior to February 25th, 2023. The synthetic surfacing contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and services necessary for the proper completion of all respraying of tracks. All loose debris must be removed from track prior to the application method. A spray applied application of EPDM and single component 100% solids - pigmented polyurethane over the existing base mat structural spray must be completed in two separate coats, sprayed in opposite directions. Each coat must be a minimum of 1mm of thickness. Layout and paint all track lines and event markings as required and specified by current NFHS standards and district. All surrounding areas must be covered with plastic to prevent overspray or damage during construction. All areas that currently have track surfacing must be prepared and resprayed. All three tracks must be completed by July 31st, 2023. Must include a 3 year warranty on track surface and a 1 year warranty on striping. Purchase Orders for items on which proposals are accepted will be issued to the lowest responsible bidder complying with all of the Terms and Conditions.
