Demolition, site work and addition to a water / sewer project in Mount Vernon, Indiana. Completed plans call for the addition of a water / sewer project; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of October 26,2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The project consists of a new 2500 GPM capacity lift station, including new wet well, pumps, and valve vault, re-routing existing utilities, new electrical building and controls. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. The cut off to submit questions is on October 12th at 5:00 P.M. CST Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Appointments can be made on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00 A.M - 5:00 P.M and copies of the Bidding Documents can be obtained from the Issuing Office. Upon request and receipt of the document payment indicated above plus a non-refundable shipping charge, the Issuing Office will transmit the Bidding Documents via delivery service. The shipping charge amount will depend on the shipping method selected by the prospective Bidder. Electronic bidding documents are also available upon request and receipt of payment. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
