However, there may be some speed humps locations that have planned sewer and/or water utility work scheduled for this year. The completion date for those locations may be extended to July 1, 2023 or removed from this contract. Any additional locations added to this contract, shall be assigned completion dates as necessary to insure the timely completion of the contract. Liquidated Damages, per diem: $1000.00/Day The residency requirements for this project have been waived. This project includes American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding. Bidders must review and abide by the City's ARPA SWMBE Contract Compliance Procedures. The SMWBE/LSA requirement for this project is 7% of the contract base bid. The SMWBE/LSA Compliance Plan (Form A) must be submitted with the bid and is an element of bid responsiveness. SMWBE certificates must be submitted with the Form A. Incomplete SMWBE /LSA Compliance Plans (Form A) or inaccurate Compliance Plans will not be accepted and will render the bid unresponsive. The apprenticeship requirements for this project is: Zero (0) The contractor shall specifically note the SMWBE/LSA and appren- ticeship forms for this project. If the forms are not filled out properly, it will be cause for rejection of the bid. All Contractors awarded a contract valued at $25,000.00 or more are required to participate in training on the City of Milwaukee's B2GNow contract compliance software within 30 days of the contract award date. Throughout the contract term, Contractors are required to regularly provide timely subcontractor payment information in the City's contract compliance software.
