Agriculture & Agri-Food Canada (AAFC), requires three Departmental Individual Standing Offer (DISO) agreement with qualified contracting firm to perform work as outlined in the Annex "A" Statement of Work, on an "as and when requested basis" on behalf of the London Research and Development Centre, Ontario. The DISO will cover heating, refrigeration and air conditioning systems repair, maintenance and replacement. The period of the Standing Offer will be from the date of award until March 31, 2023 (basic year) with the possibility to extend the Standing Offer for three (3) additional one (1) year period under the same conditions. The total estimated budget for the SOs will be $75,000.00 for the basic year, from the date of award until March 31, 2023 and $150,000.00 per additional one (1) year period for a total of $525,000.00 (Goods and Services tax or Harmonized sales tax not included).
