The Bidder must attach to its Bid a letter of commitment signed by a surety guaranteeing the issuance of a performance bond and a guarantee of the obligations of the CONTRACTOR for wages, materials and services in accordance with the requirements provided for in the part 4.00 of the Contract. To do so, he must use the model commitment letter reproduced in appendix 4.02 of the Bid Form. ALL CALL FOR TENDERS DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN DEPOSITED ON THE SITE AND THE TENDERER MUST ACQUIRE THEM ON THIS SITE.
