1. This RFP is open to all interested vendors. 2. The City of Calgary is looking for a Supplier who can supply and deliver appropriate trench box systems that meet The City and provincial safety standards to ensure safe occupation during excavations of various depths. 3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. 4. The Agreement will be for an initial term of two (2) years and may be renewed two (2) times for two (2) years each time for a potential total term of six (6) years.
