The Woodlands Township is requesting bids for a contractor to provide Custodial/Gate Facility Maintenance at 30+ parks, facilities and other amenities in The Woodlands Township. This shall include cleaning restrooms, opening/closing gates, cleaning benches, and providing other cleaning services at selected facilities. Bid Bond -All bids shall be accompanied by a cashier's check, or certified check drawn upon a National or State bank, in the amount of $5,000.00 of the Bidder's total bid amount, payable to The Woodlands Township, or a Bid Bond in the same amount, from a Surety Company licensed in the State of Texas, as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract. Payment Bond This applies to bids that exceed $25,000 Performance Bond Requirements. This applies to bids that exceed $25,000 Deadline for Written Questions at 5:00 p.m. CST Friday September 16, 2022 The contract for these services, if awarded, shall be for thirty-six (36) months (January 1, 2023 - December 31, 2025). The Woodlands Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids, including without limitation the rights to reject any or all nonconforming, non-responsive, unbalanced or conditional bids and to reject the bid of any bidder if The Woodlands Township believes that it would not be in the best interest of the project to make an award to that bidder, whether because the bid is not responsive or the bidder is unqualified or of doubtful financial ability or fails to meet any other pertinent standard or criteria established by The Woodlands Township.
