Project No. 20-022SAH HHSC Multiple Building Renovation Consist of Package A Buildings 600, 640 & 651 are existing buildings to be remodeled to accommodate new office space for their staff and work area restroom to meet ADA regulations. Package B New Coldstorage/Warehouse, and Package D site utilityy repair/replacement of sanitary sewer. Work included are demolition, excavation, grading, concrete, structural steel, metal stairs and railings, masonry, rough carpentry, architectural woodwork, waterproofing, insulation, membrane roofing, metal wall panels and flashings, doors, windows, gypsum board, tiling, resilient flooring, carpet, wall coverings, painting, signage, toilet compartments and accessories, paving, fences, and landscaping.
