Question Cuttoff Date & Time 9/9/2022 06:00:00 PM (ET) Webb County is currently seeking to retain up to three (3) qualified Engineering Firms to provide Geotechnical Engineering services on an on-call basis. The services will be assigned on an as-needed basis for various projects and efforts initiated by Webb County for a three (3) year performance period effective October 1, 2022 through September 30, 2025. They may be short term assignments or may be part of larger capital project assignments. This document outlines the requirements, selection process and documentation necessary to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) in response to this RFQ. This solicitation will comply with the State of Texas Government Code; Professional Services Procurement Act and if applicable with the Code of Federal Regulations 200.318 - 200.327 (General Procurement Standards). WEBB COUNTY reserves the right to reject any and all RFQ, to waive informalities in the RFQ process, or to terminate the RFQ process at any time, if deemed in the best interest for WEBB COUNTY. In addition, WEBB COUNTY shall not, under any circumstances, be bound by or be liable for any obligations with respect to this public solicitation until such time (if at all) a professional service agreement has been awarded and all approvals obtained in form and substance satisfactory to the WEBB COUNTY have been executed and authorized by the WEBB COUNTY Commissioners Court, and then only to the extent of such fully executed agreements. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
