Renovation of a multi-residential development in Iola, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The Iola Housing Authority (IHA) is seeking Proposals from qualified firms to provide all labor and materials for renovations and modernizations to the basement area of Townhouse West, in Iola, KS. The general scope of work includes demolition, abatement of VAT and mastic, base trim, painting, doors, casework, doors/hardware, ceramic tile flooring and walls, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other items as specified for a complete and working installation. The work areas will be limited to public areas as identified on the basement level.
