TSU is seeking viable integrated solutions for solving the reduction of COVID-19 transmissions that can be validated by CDC, EPA, and FDA regulatory commissions. In March 2022 the Environmental Protection Agency implemented the, Clean Air and Buildings Challenge. This plan (view here) calls on building owners, and operators of universities, colleges, and schools to implement strategies to improve indoor air quality. The plan emphasizes four bullet points, including: create (indoor action plan), optimize (fresh air ventilation) enhance (air filtration) and engage (Building community). Our plan must also include input from the Office of Science and Technology recognizing opportunities for innovation that support the clean indoor air actions by the EPA. Please note that the date for questions has been changed from Friday, August 19, 2022 at 12:00PM to Monday, August 22, 2022 at 12pm. Answers to the questions will be posted the week of August 29, 2022. The Blackout period will start August 22, 2022 at 12:01PM.
