The Project consists of the decommissioning and demolition of two houses, pavement removal, grading, and seeding at 107 and 115 S Niles Street, Metamora, Illinois. Terms and Conditions will need to be accepted by the planholder prior to obtaining an electronic copy of the Bidding Documents on the Project Bidding website. Electronic Document access will only be provided to interested bidding companies and/or equipment companies. A certified check or bank draft payable to the order of the Treasurer of the Village of Metamora or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder is an acceptable surety in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total Base Bid shall be submitted with each Bid.
