SCOPE OF PROJECT: The Charter Township of Grand Blanc, Genesee County Michigan through the Department of Parks and Recreation is seeking proposals for procurement and installation of license plate cameras (LPR) at Creasey Bicentennial Park (1505 East Grand Blanc Road Grand Blanc, MI 48439). Cameras will be installed at the north and south gates to ensure all vehicles are captured upon entry. PROJECT SPECIFICATIONS: Vendor will supply and install two license plate camaras for installation at Creasey Bicentennial Park. The cameras will integrate with the current Exacq NVR system. The system is combination of hard wire and point to point antennas. Vendor will also replace and install two 5 port outdoor PoE+ gigabit switches and two Dinrail industrial 120w power supplies. CAMERAS: Provide and install (1) Camera at the North entrance at Reid Road and related equipment and supplies. Camera to be mounted on existing pole at 12 feet. Current NEMA rated waterproof enclosure is to be used for equipment. Camera should be equivalent to Hikvision DeepinView Ultra-Low Light Outdoor LPR bullet camera or better. See attached specifications sheet in packet for additional information. Junction boxes to be provided by vendor. Supply any patch cables needed for connections. Any new cable or patch should be Cat 6. Cable run between NEMA enclosure and junction box shall be in PVC conduit. Provide and install (1) Camera at the South entrance at Grand Blanc Road and related equipment and supplies. Camera to be mounted on existing pole at 12 feet. Current NEMA rated waterproof enclosure is to be used for equipment. Camera should be equivalent to Hikvision DeepinView Ultra-Low Light Outdoor LPR bullet camera or better. See attached specifications sheet in packet for additional information. Installation of approximately 220' of Cat6A from existing camera, underground to existing light pole south east of the gate. Contractor will be responsible for contacting MissDig 811. Any damage to underground utilities correctly marked by MISSDIG will be the responsibility of the contractor. (Distance should be field verified by contractor. Measurement includes down and up poles.) Junction boxes to be provided by vendor. Supply any patch cables needed for connections. Any new cable or patch should be Cat 6. All cable run should be in PVC conduit and to a depth of 18" in the ground SWITCHES: Provide and install an Industrial outdoor 5 port PoE+ Gigabit switch at each location. Switches to be installed in current NEMA rated waterproof enclosures. Has support of Din-rail Rated for outdoor use when use in a sealed box. Can operate at temperatures of -40 F through 158 F. Removal and disposal of old switches. POWER SUPPLY: Provide and install 120 watt Din-rail power supply at each location. To be installed in current NEMA rated waterproof enclosure.o Removal and disposal of old power supplies. SET UP: Includes any set up necessary for camera to work with the current Exacq NVR system.
