Erosion Control, layout and grade staking, clearing and grubbing, approximately 14.5 acres of landfill cap maintenance grading, approximately 0.5 acres of sediment pond maintenance grading, removal and replacement of all slope down drains, revegetation of the landfill cap, any other disturbed areas and the sediment pond, and maintenance of the existing all-weather roadways. The work is to be completed in accordance with the CLOURE/POST-CLOUSRE PLAN for the Putnam County Sanitary Landfill, Martins Mill Site, dated January 1989 along with the SUPPLEMENTAL MAINTENANCE GRADING plans included in the bid documents.
