The Project will rebid at some time in November.** TOUA Modular Bathroom Project: Sealed Bids for the construction of Modular Bathrooms will be received at the office of the Tohono O odham Utility Authority (TOUA) in Sells, Arizona. The Project consists of constructing twenty-five (25) detached bathrooms onsite, complete with plumbing and electrical work, at sites scattered throughout the Tohono O odham Nation.
