All Plan Holders Will Be Provided a Link to This Electronic Meeting Room the Morning of the Bid Opening. Bids Received After the Time Specified Will Not Be Read. The Proposed Work Will Consist of Constructing the New Parking Lot to Replenish the Lost Spots. The Project Will Repair the Existing Diablo Stadium Parking Lot Where It is Impaced by the Arizona Department of Transportation and Take Care of the Lighting, Drainage and Landscape Items Per the Project Plan, Together With Associated Work. Please Direct Any Questions No Later Than March 28, 2023, by 4:00 P.m., Arizona Time, to the City of Tempe Engineering Services Manager, Jennifer Svetichan The proposed work will consist of constructing the new parking lot to replenish the lost spots. The project will repair the existing Diablo Stadium parking lot where it is impacted by Arizona Department of Transportation, and take care of the lighting, drainage, and landscape items, per the project plan, together with associated work. Work shall start as soon as practicable, but not later than seven calendar days after the Notice to Proceed date and shall be completed within 120 calendar days following the Notice to Proceed date
