Renovation of a communication facility in Maricopa, Arizona. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a communication facility.
The Ak-Chin Indian Community (hereafter called the "Owner") invites all Design Consultants to submit proposal on a Consulting Services Agreement. The selected company will supply a full design and cost estimate for the following: - Conduit design, placement, specifications - Fiber deployment design - Recommendations in design for cable sizes and specifications - Design locations of fiber enclosures and pull boxes - Splicing/crossover schedule and design The project funding comes from the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), with requirements in providing "Fair Wages". This invitation is unrestricted; however, preference will be given to Indian Organizations and Indian Owned Enterprises in accordance to the Community Procurement Procedure. The Owner reserves the right to reject, any and all bids. However, the Ak-Chin Indian Community at its discretion may postpone said action for such time as the Tribal Council may designate, as the interest of the Community may require. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening of Bids without consent of the Owner The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
