Lot 72 Sanitary Sewer & Waterline Relocation Project Utility Development to alter water and sewer utilities to remove utilities from P120182 in anticipation of new building construction. The project includes the extension of approximately 2,050 lineal feet of new 8-inch SDR 26 sanitary sewer pipe to finish the connection of a gravity sewer line. The construction of the sewer will cause approximately 515 linear feet of new 36-inch storm drain pipe to be installed. Additionally, electrical and communications connections will be needed at a sanitary sewer sample station. The water utility modifications require installing approximately 280 lineal feet of waterline extending from Higgins Airport Way along Airport Drive to meet an existing waterline. Additionally, reconnecting the fire line and meter services to Corporate Air Center and connecting the water line along Water Tank Road to the water line along Higgins Airport Way. The subject property is located within the Aviation Related (AVR) zoning/comprehensive plan designated areas as indicated in the Skagit County Comprehensive Plan and associated maps adopted July 5, 2016.
