The completion date for those locations may be extended to July 1, 2023 or removed from this contract. Any additional locations added to this contract, shall be assigned completion dates as necessary to insure the timely completion of the contract. The residency requirements for this project have been waived Bid Security Required: Bond, Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Cash to accompany bid: 10% of the Contractor's Base Bid. The contractor shall specifically note the SMWBE/LSA and apprenticeship forms for this project. If the forms are not filled out properly, it will be cause for rejection of the bid.
