The Project Includes the Following Work: This project includes furnishing and installation of traffic signals at the intersections of 20th Avenue & Relation Street and 20th Avenue & Golf Course Road. The project shall include furnishing poles at each corner of the intersections, foundations for the poles, electrical wiring and connections to power signals, video detection for street signals, street sign installation, and luminaire installation. Any addenda issued during the bidding process will be emailed to those who have registered with David Shreeve as a plan holder. If/when an addendum is issued, the proposed Bidder shall confirm receipt of the addendum by email. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda if any, obtained from sources other than as designated above. Instructions to Bidders For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. The City of Safford reserves the right to accept the lowest, responsible bid; to consider alternatives; to reject any or all bids; and to waive irregularities or information in any bid. Bids received after the specified time of closing will be returned unopened. The City of Safford also reserves the right to hold any or all bids for a period of sixty (60) days after the date of opening.
