As of February 6, 2023, construction commenced shortly after being awarded and is expceted to be completed in 2023, however, an exact timeline for construction has not been confirmed. The principal items for which proposals are invited are: 1,045 LF Sanitary Sewer Main, 8-inch 805 LF Sanitary Sewer Lateral, 6-inch 855 LF Water Main, 8-Inch PVC 330 LF Water Main, 6-Inch PVC 805 LF Water Service Pipe, 1-1/4-Inch HDPE 795 LF Storm Sewer Main, 12-Inch to 18-Inch 2,500 LF Concrete Curb and Gutter, 30-Inch 7,475 SF Concrete Sidewalk 2,610 TN Aggregate Base Dense, 3" 1,370 TN Aggregate Base Dense, 1-1/4" 1,435 TN Hot Mix Asphalt Pavement, 4-Inch 5,320 SY Topsoil and Seeding The work to be completed by the Substantial Completion date includes Installation of the underground utilities, including the sanitary sewer, watermain, and storm sewer, along with associated laterals to the adjoining property line. The unclassified excavation of roadways, associated grading, and installation of aggregate base course material for the roadways shall also be completed. The work to be completed by the Final Completion date includes: Installation of concrete curb & gutter, driveway approaches, & sidewalk. Installation of both the lower and upper courses of asphalt pavement. Site restoration. Project shall be completed, acceptable by the City of Horicon, and ready for use.
