Only companies having their main business establishment in the province of Quebec or in a province or territory covered by an intergovernmental agreement on the liberalization of markets applicable to the MRC of Témiscamingue are eligible to bid. Also, companies whose names are recorded in the Register of companies ineligible for public contracts (RENA) cannot be awarded the contract covered by this call for tenders.
