This Request for Documented Quotations (DQ) is issued by the State of Colorado, acting by and through the Department of Natural Resources, Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (DRMS). Enclosed is a brief description and bid schedule for the DRUM Bishop Canyon Project. The DRUM Bishop Canyon Project is located west of the town of Egnar along established San Miguel County Roads. Please see the attached maps. The project work will include safeguarding a total of 19 features including 15 adits and 4 subsidence features. Closure methods will include grates, corrugated steel pipes, backfill, polyurethane foam, bulkhead, and cable nets. Some features will include bat compatible grates or otherwise require bat exclusions prior to backfill or bulkhead. The uranium mine closure Safety, Health and Environmental Action Plan requirements will be applied.
