Early task will involve a complete damage and consensus-based codes analysis to be presented to participating agencies. You will be required to attend weekly design and construction meetings throughout the schedule of the project. Due to the age and use of the building historical significance will need to be applied on any repairs that will occur. We are asking interested parties to show the full experience with projects of like kind and present what you think your firm does to separate itself from others. Inside this building original parts and equipment remain within the facility. The professional selected should show creative ways to maximize the interior space without losing the value of the age and historic life that shows throughout the walls of this building.
