Reference number : 1297878 Review Title : Repair of the road and installation of signage at the approach to the railway located on rang Saint-Charles ouest Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-09-19 Submission sent electronically accepted: No ROAD REHABILITATION AND SIGNAGE INSTALLATION ON THE APPROACH TO THE RAILWAY LOCATED ON RANG SAINT-CHARLES WEST The municipality of Saint-Alexandre-de-Kamouraska is requesting bids for road repair work and the installation of signage at the approach to the railway line located on rang Saint-Charles Ouest. The submission forms and the documents setting out the conditions to be met or known are contained in the document which is available by contacting the Electronic Tendering Service . The tenderer who will be awarded the contract must carry out the work according to the plans and specifications produced by the firm Bouchard Service-Conseil SENC. The municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest tender or any of the tenders received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to one or the other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. The municipality reserves the right to remove certain parts of the contract or increase certain quantities and will also not be liable for any lawsuit or claim for costs or losses incurred as a result of such a decision. The contract is awarded by decision of the municipal council, in its sole discretion, and the council cannot be bound in any way other than by resolution. The awarding of the contract is conditional on obtaining a subsidy presented to the assistance program for municipal level crossings. *Award is subject to final approval.
