The Rochester Fire Protection District is soliciting sealed competitive bids for emergency warning siren and installation. Sealed bids may be delivered by U.S. Mail, overnight or next day delivery, or personal delivery to the foregoing address and are to be marked "EMERGENCY WARNING SIREN SYSTEM BID" on the outside of the envelope. Late or incomplete bids will not be accepted or eligible for consideration. Actual receipt of bids by the District by the foregoing time and date is required for consideration and is the sole responsibility of the bidder. All bids submitted will be strictly subject to the Additional Terms and Conditions and requirements which interested bidders may obtain as indicated
