The proposed project will consist of the reconstruction of the existing tennis courts and converting the existing parking lot into pickleball courts and proposing parallel street parking with ancillary site improvements. The project also includes the construction of 2" PVC conduit to support lighting. The proposed project will consist of the reconstruction of the existing tennis courts, the construction of pickleball and basketball courts along with ancillary site and drainage improvements including a permeable paver pathway, proposed benches, and trash receptacles. The project also includes the construction of 2" PVC conduit to support lighting. Questions Due Date: Dec 2nd 2022, 3:00 PM EST All proposed improvements included in the Base Bid and any alternates awarded shall be completed within two hundred seventy (270) calendar days after notice to proceed, weather permitting.
