Demolition, site work and addition to a municipal facility in White Lake, Michigan. Conceptual plans call for the addition of a municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The DNR seeks the services of a qualified engineer to develop plans for the expansion of the dumpstation at Pontiac Lake Recreation Area. Due to the increase in park visitors and use, an expansion to the existing dumpstation is needed to accommodate its users. There is currently one station for 176 campsites; the DNR would like to add (3)-double sided stations to use 6 at one time. The DNR would like to phase to keep at least one operational during construction. This project will use Federal ARPA funding. This project will comply with all codes, standards, regulations, and workers' safety rules that are administered by federal agencies (EPA, OSHA, and DOT), state agencies (DCH, EGLE, DNR, and MIOSHA), and any other local regulations and standards that may apply. ACCEPTING RFP QUESTIONS UNTIL: September 22, 2022 at 2:00 pm ALL questions should be emailed to Sheryl Ananich at ananichs@michigan.gov Depending on the project location, individuals may be required to wear masks to attend meetings and for a firm to be eligible to submit bids / quotations / proposals. Bring and be prepared to wear a mask if required upon arrival. Requirements may change at any time and any updated guidance must be followed. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
