The Jackson County Hospital District, herein referred to as JACKSON HOSPITAL, is seeking statements of qualifications from Construction Management Firms, licensed to practice in the State of Florida for professional construction management services. PROJECT: Jackson Hospital is in the early design development stage for a two-story medical office building, measuring at approximately 40,000 square feet. The building will include medical office space, an ambulatory surgery center, and an imaging center. The services to be bid upon are limited to construction management services, pre-construction and construction services. Attendance of ALL bidders will be confirmed via roll call at no later than 5 minutes after the designated start time and any Bidder not present for the roll call will not be eligible to bid on the project. ALL Bidders must remain until the conference is adjourned. Jackson Hospital will not accept bids from bidders arriving after attendance is confirmed or departing prior to adjournment of the pre-bid conference. Last date to submit questions is October 7, 2022, no later than 12:00 Noon. All questions are to be directed in writing to danton@qhr.com and slines@qhr.com. Questions received after such date and time will not be answered. Bidder is responsible for the delivery of its bid. Bids received after the specified day and time will not be opened.
