Account no-150041 201521, 11052, 095-C5Z8-BN83-00 Deadline for questions: September 7, 2022 The scope of this project includes all work required to design and install a grid-tied roof mounted photovoltaic (PV) solution for the Kentucky National Guard at the Boone National Guard Center (BNGC) MEDCOM facility in Franklin County, Kentucky producing a minimum of 44,700 kWh's annually (First Year). Work of this contract includes provision and installation of new LED luminaires with photo sensors for all exterior luminaires and LED replacements for all interior luminaires. The work shall be in accordance with Request for Proposal Documents. The successful firm will need to submit the Performance and Payment Bonds and Insurance Certificate within 48 hours after Notice of Intent to Award. General Description of Work: The Design-Builder shall provide any and all design and any and all construction services required and/or necessary for the complete design and construction of the Project. Services shall include compliance with all governing laws, regulations and codes. Services shall include obtaining all regulatory permits and approvals, including from the Department of Housing, Buildings and Construction (HBC). Any fees due to the Dept. of Housing, Buildings and Construction (HBC) for plan review and for electrical inspection will be paid by the Design-Builder. The selected Design-Builder shall prepare and submit any and all submittals required by HBC or any other governmental agency having jurisdiction. The design and construction of this Project will not require the approval of, nor payment of any fees to, Frankfort or the County.
