The Project includes the following Work: Installation of a new sanitary sewer lift station which will have a 7-foot diameter wet well with duplex pumping capabilities; 4" stainless steel discharge piping; 6-foot diameter valve vault structure including 4"check and plug valves; combination air valve structure; approximately 1,010 linear feet of 6-inch PVC force main (open cut or horizontally directionally drilled); lining of existing discharge manhole; approximately 10 linear feet of 10-inch PVC gravity sewer; connection to existing manhole; associated sanitary testing; electrical coordination; electrical; controls and instrumentation work, and coordination with subdivision developer. Work shall also include all supervision, equipment, materials and labor, temporary erosion control, clearing and grubbing, traffic control, bypass pumping, all testing, granular backfill, flowable fill, pavement and surface restoration, final grading and seeding and all appurtenances necessary to complete the work shown in the drawings and specifications. All work must be ready for satisfactory and continuous operation, in accordance with the plan and specifications. Bids are requested for the following Contract: Texas Pike Off-site Lift Station and Force Main Project. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract.
