Lehi City is seeking a professional team to complete all aspects of the project required in the attached documents. SCOPE OF WORK The new building will include garage bays and office space for Lehi Parks and Facility Management. The building footprint is 14,265 SF with a second level of 2,756 SF. There will be 8 total garage bays with overhead doors on each end of each bay. The building will be a prefabricated metal building with wood stud interior partition walls. Exterior wall finish will be metal panels by metal building supplier. Exterior roofing material will be a prefinished standing seam roof. There will be some exterior heavy timber frame work at building entry. The structural system will be conventional spread footings and metal building. The second level floor system will be part of the metal building system and B-Deck. The Mechanical system will be by gas-fired furnaces in the office spaces and gas-fired radiant heaters in the garage bays. Cooling will be by condensing units in the office space and evaporative air coolers in the garage bays. Electrical system will also be required. All site utilities will be brought from 300 North, please review civil drawings thoroughly.
