Midvale City is looking for a consultant to conduct a Canal Trail Feasibility Study. In the spring of 2004, Midvale adopted a trails master plan which identified future trail opportunities throughout the City. During the planning process, residents expressed a strong desire to further develop Midvale's trail system, specifically along streams and canals. The City has identified two canals in Midvale and wishes to evaluate if developing paved trails along these canals is feasible with current property ownership and use. The two canals involved in this study are the Jordan and Salt Lake City Canal and the East Jordan Canal. All questions related to this Bid Package shall be submitted on U3P no later than Thursday, September 22, 2022 at 5:00 pm MDT. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
