The Wyoming County Economic Development Authority (Wyoming County Eda) is in the Process of Obtaining Qualifications From Firms Interested in Providing Advice and Services for the Design and Construction of a New Bridge at the Barkers Creek Industrial Park. The Consultant Will Work Closely With the Wyoming County Eda. Professional Services for the Activity Funded Include: (1) Preliminary Environmental and Design; (2) Final Design; (3) Environmental Review Record; (4) Construction in Accordance With All State, Federal and Local Regulations That Pertain to the Proposed Project; (5) Preparation of Bidding and Contracting Documents; (6) Participation in the Evaluation of Bids Received; (7) Monitor and Inspect Construction Activities on a Periodic Basis to Insure Compliance With Plans and Specifications; (8) Preparation and Delivery of Final "as Built" Drawings and Data in Gis Format (Shapefile, Geodatabase, Etc.) With Data Georeferenced to and Assigned Real-world Coordinates and Accompanied by Comprehensive Descriptive Metadata. Procurement of Said Services Shall Be in Accordance With West Virginia Code Chapter 5g and Federal Register 2 Cfr 200.214.
