The services expected as well as the various administrative procedures put in place to obtain the contract are more fully described in the tender documents. The documents can be obtained at a cost determined by the tender system. For a tender to be accepted, the tenderer must use two sealed envelopes, one of which must contain the information on the qualitative evaluation and bear the mention ING-300922 - Qualitative evaluation, while the other must only contain the price schedule and bear the mention ING-300922 - Financial proposal.
