Questions Due: September 12, 2022 Q & A Posted: September 16, 2022 Questions regarding this RFP shall be emailed to Georgia Bryant, Purchasing Manager, at glbrya@kalcounty.com. The purpose of this bid is to establish competitive Time and Material Price Agreement for the possible procurement of supplies and services for all of Kalamazoo County Government Departments on an as needed basis for a set yearly amount. Provide all labor, materials, equipment, disposal and liability insurance for Engineering Services work, as described in these instructions for general maintenance and repair work, alterations, and construction, on an "as-needed" basis. The notice of bid acceptance does not constitute a directive to proceed. The time period of the award shall be for the calendar starting January 1, 2023, and ending December 31, 2025, for a three (3) year contract, with the option of two (2) one (1) year extensions. The County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals without penalty and re-solicit for new proposals, and temporarily or permanently abandon the Project. The method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
