Site work and paving for a road / highway in Plattsmouth, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The PROJECT consists of: Construction on Webster Boulevard at 1st Street and to the east shall include major grading activities, concrete removal, concrete pavement construction, subgrade prep and seeding. Approximate major quantities include: Earthwork Measured in Embankment 1057 CY, 8" Concrete Pavement Class 47-B-3500 - 1049 SY, Erosion Control Class 1B 2106 SY, Sugrade Prep 4445 SY Contractors shall submit unit price bids on all items. All Proposals for said construction work must be made on blanks furnished by the ENGINEER and must be accompanied by Bid Security of not less than 5% of the amount bid. Bid Security to be made payable to Cass County as liquidated damages in case the bid is accepted and the bidder neglects or refuses, to enter into contract and furnish bond in accordance herewith. Sealed Bids should be plainly marked as "Construction Bid Proposal" Webster Blvd Turn Lane C-13(929) No bidder may withdraw the submitted proposal for a period of forty-five (45) days after the date set for the opening of bids.
