Description: Chatham Area Transit Authority (CAT) is soliciting responses from qualified vendors to provide proposals for General Planning On Call Services Proposals: Proposal Packages are available at 900 E. Gwinnett Street, Savannah, Georgia, 31401, online, or by email at victor.colon@catchacat.org. Questions: All questions must be submitted in writing by: Friday, September 16, 2022 to Victor Colon, Procurement Manager, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Requirements: CAT, in accordance with 49 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 26, has an obligation to ensure nondiscrimination of DBE's in all aspects of competition, award and administration of federally funded contracts. Notice to all proposers is hereby provided, that in accordance with State and Federal laws, CAT will ensure that disadvantaged business enterprises are afforded full opportunity to submit offers and responses to this solicitation, and to participate in any contract consummated pursuant to this advertisement.
