As of October 04, 2022, This procurement was canceled. Trinity Metro is seeking quotes from Contractors to provide bus signs, decals and installation. The Fort Worth Transportation Authority dba Trinity Metro (TM) is seeking bids from qualified vendors for the installation of new bus stop signs and route number decals inside the TM service area. Services required will be for the installation of new signs and poles, and the installation of one or more, route, stop identification, and blank decals at 41 individual locations. TM will provide all signs, poles, installation hardware, and all decals for all installations. Contractor is required to mark and flag all locations and contact Texas 811 to request the appropriate line locate services as needed per each sign installation. The vendor will be required to pick-up any TM temporary bus stop signs. Once the new sign installation is completed, return the temporary sign to the TM maintenance yard located at 1601 E. El Paso St, Fort Worth, TX, 76102. This project is to be completed prior to September 18, 2022 and will consist of a total of forty (41) separate locations with the following requirements: 26 Locations - Install Route and Stop ID Decals on existing sign 12 Locations - Install new sign/pole and decals to replace a temporary sign 2 Locations - Install new sign and/or decals only 1 Location - Remove existing sign/pole 9 Locations - Return Temporary Signs to TM Yard The contractor will be required to provide photographs of each installation, front and back of all signs. Photos can be sent at one time when all work has been completed. Contractor will also be required to fill in the "Date Completed" column on the List of Locations spreadsheet.
