Renovation of a municipal facility in San Antonio, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The right is reserved to reject any or all bids and to waive formalities. All bids received after the exact time set for the bid opening in the Solicitation will be returned unopened. San Antonio Water System is soliciting bids for a one-time purchase and installation of a WaterCooled York YKEP 1250 Ton with an associated (MV-VSD), mechanical pumps, variable frequency drives, and to include Assist to Design with Stamped approved drawings for Mechanical and Electrical. This will also include plumbing, refrigerant, piping, pumps, crane support, [housekeeping pads-], rigging if needed, welding, piping, vent piping, control valves and any other associated material for a professional quality turn-key installation. NOTE: Vendors will be given the opportunity to take measurements, and to access the level of difficulty required in performing the work. Only bids submitted by those that attend the site visit will be considered for award. Contractor(s) and staff employees must be able pass a Pre-Screening Background check per employee to enter a high Security Area at Port San Antonio- [Boeing Premises]-This also intel's the walk through for the bidding process and installation of the equipment.
