Q&A Deadline 09/16/2022 2:00 PM (PDT) This Scope of Work contains the specifications used to define the contract of service for performing inspections and repair of fire systems at OC San. Fire sprinkler systems and fire hydrants are located throughout two separate campuses and include administrative buildings, process buildings, and tunnels. OC San has approximately 21 risers throughout the entirety of Plant 1 located at 10844 Ellis Avenue, Fountain Valley, and Plant 2 located at 22212 Brookhurst Street, Huntington Beach. There are also (82) hydrants between both plants, (1) CO2 system, (9) FM200 systems, and on the research vessel Nerissa there is a single fireboy system and 5 Halotron extinguishers. The Contractor shall provide the necessary tools, equipment, and staff to both perform requisite Preventative Maintenance (PM) inspections and corrective Maintenance (CM) service(s) and repair(s) of the fire sprinkler systems. PM and CM service shall be expressly limited to the items set forth in this scope of work unless noted otherwise in the equipment manufactures maintenance schedule. The services to be performed shall conform to the current National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Standards, and Local Fire Department codes and standards. All corrective repair work must be authorized and approved by the OC San representative of this contract. Contractor's personnel shall be qualified and experienced in the inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair of fire suppression systems. Personnel shall have the following:
