Great Rivers Greenway is soliciting bids for 701 N. Leonor K. Sullivan Blvd Demolition of the North Riverfront Garage. MSD BASE MAP: 20D Great Rivers Greenway (GRG) is seeking qualified demolition contractors to completely dismantle or demolish any and all structures, foundations, footings, wells, existing buildings, pavement canopies on the site, along with concrete entrances drives within the public right-ofway and remove all material and debris therefrom. The right-of-way improvements are to be restored to match surrounding improvements. The materials for right-of-way improvements will provided by the City of St. Louis from the off-site storage yard. Any salvageable material found at the time of bid award shall be and become the property of the Contractor. Contractors are instructed to identify all items of value and locate suitable buyers for those items. Revenue from the sale or use of salvageable items shall be considered in the bid to reduce the cost of the demolition contract to GRG.
