Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified individuals or firms to provide physical security risk assessment of City of Durham City Hall and City Hall Annex (collectively, City Hall Complex) located at 101 City Hall Plaza. Work includes providing a Security Risk Assessment Report and developing an Implementation Plan with estimated physical security upgrade costs for recommended improvements resulting from the study. The comprehensive security report must address the security risks and requirements of the site.
