Construct the Welcome to Hemet monument sign, including the concrete pad and footing and construct an identical Welcome to Hemet sign, including the concrete pad and footing. 1.Demolition of the existing City of Hemet monument sign located on the north side of Florida Ave. approximately 200' west of Four Seasons Blvd. 2.Demolition of the concrete pad. 3.Demolition of the footing. 4.Compaction of the dirt to prepare for the new monument sign. 5.Pour new concrete footing with rebar. 6.Pour new concrete pad. 7.Build new monument sign. 8.Contractor is required to perform site inspections, take their own measurements, and verify all site conditions.
