New Troop Store Value Range: $2,500,000.00 to $5,000,000.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Construction Period: 365 Calendar Days This project will construct a 12,808 S.F. building that will include an Express with Starbucks, a Qdoba, and a Barbershop. You are encouraged to carefully review the entire solicitation package. Please pay particular attention to sections 3.A.61.d and 3.C in the Agreement Document which cover minority and female participation goals established for federally involved and non-federally involved construction work. Any questions you may have after comparing the plans and specifications to the existing site conditions should be submitted in writing to David Combs at combsdm@aafes.com no later than COB on 09/23/2022.
