Texas Parks & Wildlife Department ("Owner") through its Infrastructure Division is soliciting qualifications for selection of Professional Services to provide as-needed Geotechnical Engineering Services and on-site Construction Material Testing Services for Texas Parks and Wildlife Department Facilities referred to herein as ("Facilities"), in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in this Request for Qualifications ("RFQ"). Selection of the most highly qualified professional services provider will be based upon demonstrated competence and detailed credentials. Blanket contracts for testing services in which the Owner has a recurring need, shall be awarded to the most qualified respondents for each of the Regions. The Facilities are located in six (6) geographic State Park Regions and the goal is to award Blanket contracts to firms having capability and capacity to service within each State Park Region. Blanket contracts will be awarded for a three (3) year duration with one (1) - two (2) year extension option, for a maximum of four (5) years.
