Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Victor, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Question Deadline 09/15/2022 at 5:00 PM ET All bidding questions or Requests for Information must be submitted. The Town of Victor will receive sealed bids for the Lane Road Sidewalk Project. The project consists principally of the installation of new concrete sidewalks along lane Road east if High Street. The project also includes concrete sidewalk ramp installation and surface restoration. The Town of Victor is exempt under New York State Tax law, and therefore, no sales tax on the cost of materials incorporated into the project shall be included in the bid. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory performance and labor and material bonds. The successful bidder(s) must self-perform at a minimum 50% of the contracted work. Bids must be made in writing on the forms furnished and shall be accompanied by a bid guarantee for an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid in accordance. The Town of Victor reserves the right to consider bids for forty-five (45) days after the receipt before awarding any contract. The Town of Victor further reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to accept any Proposal or individual item or items, which it may deem to be the most favorable to its best interests.
